Mark centers of the (7) 37" 5/8 inch flat reed Lay out three 37" reed pieces on each side of center piece in an over/under pattern

Mark centers of the (10) 33" inch long pieces of flat reed Weave the first piece beside handle bottom in an opposite over/under pattern, lining up the center mark with the 37" center weaver Do the same on opposite side of handle, finish weaving in the remaining 33" inch pieces in an over/under pattern

Square the base to 9.75 inches x 13.5 inches

Upset the stakes all the way around the base, bending at a 90 degree angle
